In general the product does the job. Some of the problems are that poor speed is not controlled in the same way as regular olive oil dispensers. It's too slow, and when it's righted back up, the remaining olive oil drips onto the stainless steel container, leaving another mess to contend with. Using balsamic vinegar was also a problem. Let's just say there's no control, just pretty much everywhere when trying to put down a sandwich. This is just my experience. If I could do it again I would go with something more traditional. Too bad I threw away the box. UPDATE 5/13/18: After posting my first review, I was contacted by the owner of this product. They suggested I put my finger on the small hole in the top of the dispenser to control the flow. This suggestion was very helpful. BTW - great customer service and response time. 4/5 stars. Would recommend trying it.
