is some thread taped to plug the hole. After plugging a few spike holes with it, I noticed air leaking out through the center of the plugs. There doesn't seem to be enough stickiness on the cords to prevent air from escaping right through the middle. I had to get other plugs, go back and plug all the spike holes back in. This is pure rubbish.
