The only reason I give this product 4 stars is that despite the video connection I was still struggling with the refill process. This was my first attempt at refilling cartridges. I watched the video and everything seemed fine until I put the cartridges in and got a blank page. Some videos suggested waiting 4 or 8 hours for the ink to settle; what i did but still nothing. The key that eluded me was the amount I had to deposit. I'm not a volume expert, so I didn't want to overfill. After many tests I found that I needed 1/3 bottle for each color. After overcoming this hurdle, I returned to printing. I am also very satisfied with the print quality of the ink.
