Now I'm sitting in a tire shop and changing 2 valve stems. I had a low tire and was trying to remove the valve stem cap. He was brought down. I ended up breaking the valve stem. I tried removing the other 3 and one became free. The rest is stuck. I had the mechanic remove the other caps and they broke another stem. They said never put a metal valve stem cap on a brass stem. They don't play well together. They look cool, but save yourself the headache and get plasticky. If you're going to use them, at least use Teflon tape.
