I found this lighter useless. It's impossible to fill with butane no matter how many styles and types of premium butane cylinders I try. There's a nice letter that talks about the maker's family and how complicated COVID has been - if that's true I can tell, but there's no supporting evidence - so why bother. A notice? Speaking of "support", it seems to me that there isn't an easy way to replace this thing. If the manufacturer genuinely endorses their products, then I'm willing to at least temporarily attribute this awful lighter to a disposable lemon. Maybe most of their lighters are good, but I came across one that doesn't charge. But I guess I'll never know as no customer service was provided. CONCLUSION: DO NOT buy this lighter. QUICK FOLLOW-UP SOLUTION: One of my engineers spent an hour charging this thing - she managed to add a small amount of butane to the lighter. brighter, but when we lit it the flame was barely visible even with the dial set to maximum.
