The plastic Woosh lanyard has rubber sliders that fit snugly around the ends of the goggles and hang around the neck to keep the goggles in place. Woosh cords are made of sturdy plastic wire and fit perfectly. I wear the holder with shirts and jackets, it doesn't interfere with the collar and is very comfortable to wear. Although the old style cord that hung from the sides of your glasses was looser and easier to remove from the glasses without bending your ears. without breaking or detaching from the rubber glides. I'm also concerned that the rubber glides will lose their grip after prolonged use and the plastic cords won't hold in place. I'll update this review in a few months if I run into any issues. The adjustment tabs are difficult to use, one side seems to work and the other doesn't and I have to force the wire through the adjustment tabs. The Woosh retention cord is an innovative design to keep your glasses in place whether on the face or under the neck while I like the cord that keeps my glasses securely in place, highly recommend.
