Good for Direct TV
This remote control is great for watching Direct TV but is difficult to program as a universal remote control for other parts of your entertainment system. It takes a damn long time to find the right code for my BLUE RAY player and not all features like skipping scenes or jumping to DVD menu are available. I never found the code for my soundbar. The toggle switch for switching between devices is a little fiddly for fingers. However, it made my entertainment system much easier to use and allowed me to remove some of the remotes. for my wife who doesn't like to use anything technical.
