Great product! I had surgery on my shoulder and was in a bandage. I saw this and decided to give it a try. WOW, that's all I can say. This item is very comfortable and easy to put on. I actually prefer wearing it to a sling. The gray area is for a heating pad or ice pack. optionalI RECOMMEND THIS ITEM DELIVERED VERY FAST๐
