I like that it allows you to enter in all of your customer's info at once. You can also set up triggers such as reaching certain thresholds or date ranges. It's a great tool for loyalty programs but I'm not sure if there are any other features I've not used yet. There are some learning curves when getting into the system but they do have support staff available. If you're looking for something that will help you create a more robust program, this is one way to go. We were able to get our employees' information quickly and easily into the system. This has helped us build relationships with them and see who is most engaged.
