UPDATE: Seller has been contacted to offer and replace or refund which is noble but I don't usually reply to emails like this from sellers as Revain doesn't me like offers our emails to sellers, which violates privacy. She sent an email saying she was upset that I didn't reply, which was quite inappropriate, but I decided to listen to her request. However I'm actually updating the rating from 2 to 3 stars but the reason I'm adding a star is because the product works like a lightbox and it's not a bad product for the price so the 2 star rating is too low was . It's basically a magnetic feature that doesn't live up to my expectations. In the interest of the seller, I will consider a replacement to ensure my product is defective. OLD REVIEW: I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with this product. I chose this purchase because of the magnetic surface. The magnetic pens themselves are pretty strong, but there shouldn't be enough metal on the surface as the magnets don't put much pressure on the paper, so your paper will move when you work with it. as the magnets cannot hold your paper in place. I had high hopes for the magnetic feature, but unfortunately it doesn't do the trick. The quality of construction seems pretty cheap, I can see that it looks bad around the edges, even the glue is showing around the edges. ? The surface is made of rough material, overall it looks cheap. It does not have non-slip feet to prevent it from sliding on the table. The light is quite strong at high settings and I like it, but be aware it's not smooth. You have to go through all 4 settings: low, medium, high and off to get to a specific setting. Not a big deal compared to stepless adjustment, it might actually be quicker to get the adjustment you want. I'm still wondering if I should leave it or go back and try something else. With a 3 year guarantee (if the seller can last that long with this product) I wonder whether I should keep it for myself or try another brand.
