**Update! I had to buy a new phone because I lost my Galaxy S6. I went ahead and spent $$ on a Galaxy S8 and GearVr doesn't overheat it AT ALL. I've been playing for HOURS because I'm addicted to a game called Smash Hit and I haven't had a single case of overheating. That's why I went from three to four stars. I would definitely give it a 5 if it didn't overheat the S6 that much. First Rating: This would be a five star item if it didn't overheat my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) EVERY TIME. I bought this for my 10 year old son's birthday. I will say that the graphics are amazing in the games we downloaded, especially in the ocean exploration game. And it was pretty easy to set up and very easy to download games. However, you can only play for about 10 minutes before getting a message that your phone (or headset) is overheating and needs to be turned off. I called Samsung tech support and a nice lady walked me through a few steps including clearing the phone cache, booting the phone into safe mode, waiting an hour(!) and rebooting normally. It seems to have worked out a bit, because next time he was able to play about 20 minutes before overheating. But after that, the time went back to 10 minutes. Very, very annoying! Should I clear the cache and wait an hour every 10 minutes? I also don't know if constant overheating harms the phone. When I unplug my phone from the headset after an overheating incident, it feels very hot. In any case, this is an unpleasant problem. If it weren't for this problem, this would be an amazing, superb product.
