Probably a very good product if used with coarse or medium coffee. Unfortunately, we buy all of our coffee at Costco, which only has a fine grind that works great with paper filters. When we tried the new Gold Tone filter with the usual amount of grind, we encountered significant overflow and it took another 10-12 minutes for the remaining drink to finally seep through the filter. Needless to say, we're back to paper filters! The seller should have included a clear warning in the ad to avoid negative customer reviews.
