Bought and calculated that 5 x 12 = 60 for the price I paid. To my surprise, I only got 5, which amazed me. Slightly frustrated I immediately contacted the seller and to my relief and satisfaction I was informed that a mistake had been made entering the offer and I was immediately compensated for this mistake. I call this excellent customer service an effective response and my faith in humanity has been restored. The wipes are very familiar to me as I have been using them for 10 years. I like them, they seem to last quite a while as long as they are kept clean and don't allow for odor causing bacteria. Lots of soap during and after and sometimes they last longer than expected. For the customer service part: 5 stars. 4 stars for napkins.
