I ordered this remote control because our adopted dog was hungry. Needless to say, this works very well. BUT to connect the right subwoofer, you have to be able to go into the menu on the soundbar and press "WS" "Enter". Guess what we can't click? "To enter". So now we have to order another one because the enter key doesn't work. We tried taking it apart and seeing if anything caught a button press on the board. No nothing. I even tested the board itself from the remote control. bad board. How am I supposed to annoy my neighbors with terribly loud Christmas music when I can throw in Santa's BASS?! Very upset and a little annoyed that I can't add a bit of holiday anxiety to her dinner tonight.
