Beneprotein good for Protein

I learned about this product from the nursing home staff who were caring for my mother. They used it daily, and since she was low on protein—she just couldn't eat enough—they supplemented it. It helped her A LOT. So I decided to get it and those sleepy days stopped. I have enough protein to keep me going throughout the day. I add it to my oatmeal - not the best use as adding it to heat will set the protein. It is better to add it to yogurt or juice. My mom had it in juice every morning - she said it had no flavor. A big plus for this is no added sugar!
