I'm not sure if the seller didn't sell a fake.
I needed to replace my toothbrush head and bought these 4 packs because everyone in the family has electric toothbrushes. It fit my old toothbrush snugly and came with an ID ring in case you happen to have the same toothbrush or, like us, the same model and brand. It worked great and my teeth got clean. The problem that made me think the head was fake is that the bristles kept falling out of the toothbrush head during use and I've never experienced that with the Oral B brand.
