I'm 5'7", 137-140 lbs, athletic build with buttocks. I bought a size 6. As other reviewers have mentioned, these dresses run small. Remember I'm a true size 6 and it fits.However, as the material is a thick, stretchy, heavyweight polyester, it's uncomfortable when snug against the skin on a hot day (that's where I tried them on).The dresses were tight and not without beauty, they actually looked nice, but they were stuffy in the heat.Moreover, in this tightness, even with a smell imitation, you can see your menstrual dog (I was a little swollen trying to find one professional summer wear, something that allows air to circulate. Also, it's not as soft as it looks. It's definitely not the softness of microfiber. For those who are picky about the texture of the fabric (e.g. sheets with lots of threads), this may be too textured for you. I suspect the material leaves a web on my back and legs after sitting for a while.
