I like that it automatically pulls reviews from multiple sources, so you don't have to manually enter them all into your system! It also has an easy-to use interface which makes editing the data very simple (as compared with some other reputation services). The only disadvantage is having this integrated in one platform rather than just as its own product; if someone could integrate their products well together we would be golden but they haven’t been able or willing do date. We are looking at ways of using our existing business accounts instead of buying new ones - therefore keeping everything under 1 roof was ideal when considering integration options such as these 2 companies mention above The customer service is excellent, they are always willing to help and respond quickly. They have a great product that has helped us with our reputation management needs. I like that it's easy to use and allows you to control your own account. It can be a little hard to navigate at times, but once you get used to it it makes sense. We have been able to improve our reputation by over 200% in one year.
