I love that it is easy to use, very straightforward & has great customer support! There are some features you can't see unless you have an account which could be better implemented but overall the platform works as expected when using with our clients - most of whom we help build their reputation through reviews. The best thing about this is that you can make your reputation look good by giving it to other people, so if they have bad reviews or complaints then those are removed from their profile as well! Not much I dislike at all but nothing really either because everything works fine with me in terms of using them daily (I use both).
