Review on Master Commercial Burner Broiler Removable by Andre Pendergrass

I really like this grill - it does its job very well. I have a 60" American stove (6 burners + raised shallow pan/grill) and this adds an element that my stove does not have. My only issue is that my 6 foot hood does not suck up the smoke as quickly as some meats produce, so my kitchen fills up with more smoke than I expected after about 15-20 minutes. My variable speed exhaust fan was supposed to draw about 2400 cfm per 10 foot shaft, so I figured that would be enough. Possibly climb onto the roof and make sure that the exhaust performance has not been accidentally reduced. My problem has nothing to do with the product. real charcoal grill or my wood grill but good enough.
