This article does not work!

I purchased this item on July 16, 2020 but due to my knee surgery in March I have not been able to use it to date! It doesn't work I had a slight crease in the fender and figured that would pop out a small dent in my side fender! We wet the car and there was no suction at all. I asked my daughter to try it and she said the same thing, no suction! When I tried to return it he said he couldn't because of the 30 day return policy! but I haven't used it and now that I've tried it today I can't return it! At least I thought I could return it and get a loan
