Received first. The package was a plain unlined envelope but the original box had been opened and evidently installed in a different vehicle. Replacing this mixed door is a bit of work and I wasn't happy paying full price for something that clearly wasn't a new product. Seller contacted, replied almost immediately. They were more than willing to send another new part in the original packaging as a replacement. The new one wasn't packaged any better, but it worked. In fact, the first one sent worked too, so I assumed the person before me had accidentally bought the wrong fit, but having two available after I took the dash apart to replace just in case helped one fails or fails. Anyway, the seller was very easy to deal with and I highly recommend. Thanks.
