Review on 🔧 Premium T1A Tailgate Handle Replacement for Toyota Tundra 2000 - 2006: Enhanced Durability and Easy Installation by Thasapon Keitt

The product came fully assembled and ready to install. I had to remove the access panel from the inside of the tailgate of my 2006 Tundra to fit the latch mechanism from the outside. The hole pattern corresponded perfectly to the original. Used a T-30 sprocket to remove the access cover and a 10mm two-bolt socket (the product did not come with new mounting bolts - I used the old ones). Take the time to grease the latches on the sides of the tailgate. while the access bar is disabled. The handle mechanism is smoother than when the truck was purchased 13 years ago. Only 4 stars for durability as it has a lot of plastic parts and only time will tell how well it will hold up.
