The step is too high and the cat does not use it
I would like to give this product a good rating. It seems well made but my cat doesn't want to use it. He's afraid to go into it. He tried it once but didn't seem to like how high he had to kick. He stumbled trying to get up and didn't try again. He is still young (4 months old) and I hope I can get him to use it. I hate the open tray and the way it throws trash on the floor π so I won't stop using it. If so, I'll update my review.
