No technical support for diagnostic, test and measurement tools

Although this tool works well in general (I haven't tested all the features yet), one of the features for which I have bought it (PDK calibration for 981) will not work. This feature is listed as available. I'm not getting technical support from the manufacturer (denied because I bought from Revain), suppliers (not responding), or Revain. Revain offered a refund or credit. I don't need one or the other. I need a simple answer to "should this feature work as advertised". I do not want to return the item. I expect Revain to insist that the supplier provide the expected technical support.
