Review on Merkur Travel Office by Jerry Frey

I like that this software can be used by both agents as well as clients because we use it at work to process bookings made online (website). We are able to track our progress with each client/agent through their profile which makes us more organized than when using spreadsheets. The interface could look better but overall everything works great! There isn't much to dislike about its features or functionality so far other then there not being an option for multiple accounts within one account. Having accessible profiles allows me to see what my agent has booked previously without having them log into another computer just to check something they have done before.
