Best Solution for Travel Industry: Merkur Travel Office

All features are useful to run our business smoothly as well as it have great support system too. Some people might say that this software has limited feature but its price makes me think twice before I choose any other option than merkur travel office. Support team helps you out with your doubts about using this product so if anyone face some problem then they will surely help them out without having hesitation or delay. Its good solution when we want to use multiple products at once like CRM,

  • This is user friendly application where there no need for complicated learning process just keep reading documentation provided by vendor alongwith training given in person from vendors representative.It's easy way get work done easily compared others.Easy tool make easier job..No doubt !!!

Great customer service and easy-to navigate system

I like that this software can be used by both agents as well as clients because we use it at work to process bookings made online (website). We are able to track our progress with each client/agent through their profile which makes us more organized than when using spreadsheets. The interface could look better but overall everything works great! There isn't much to dislike about its features or functionality so far other then there not being an option for multiple accounts within one account.…
