Big and easy to use
I bought this for my first attempt at making Char Siu Bao and it worked really well! It has two large tiers so you don't have to do a lot of kneading and comes with a detailed instruction manual in case you are unfamiliar with bamboo steamers. So cool that it comes with multiple stakes!
