Review on JVC HAF10C Earbud Headphones with Protective Carrying Case - Enhanced Audio Experience by Sandy Martin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great diaper bag, decent headphones, but no jacket -?

Bought mainly for the boxed appearance (it's great btw) but the headphones have surprisingly good sound quality for the price - not audiophile level but decent - very good bass, ok treble, good mids , Sounds best when NOT cranking the volume - very good for videos and audiobooks, loses some detail for music tracks but not bad - better than many headphones costing 5 times the price. The biggest issue with them is that the ear piece is bare (not a padded jacket) and a bit too big for women's ears (or at least for me - I have small ears) - so without a good foam or silicone gel jacket to give a fit and 'stick', they fall out and are VERY uncomfortable. Luckily I had a couple of standard size foam jackets that fit, so I was fine with that. Seriously lame marketing decision not to include them - folks, bump the price up 50 cents and include some decent jackets!Anyway gave 5 stars for a good diaper bag, which in itself is worth buying - the bag has a fingertip handle at the bottom for quick and easy wrapping and stowing, and a snap closure holds earphones clean and tidy Please note that this case is designed for standard sized earphones and will not work with longer earphones ned, but they fit in all cases are harmful to your hearing.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires a power outlet
