Better than other brand.
It really annoys me that Dell doesn't sell empty cages with its servers. You need to buy a floppy disk. It took me 7 caddies to fill the empty slots in the tower. I bought this product and two packs from another manufacturer/seller. These 3 were of better quality than the others. I didn't get a chance to try the 2.5 to 3.5 converter.
