Looks solid out of the box. The rubber mats in the partitions are thin and will stay in place for now. Once they get dirty/dusty I'm curious to see how they hold up. They're short for the divider size and worried about items getting under the rim because they'll just get in the way. The tray fits well. Not too tight where it will crack the console's plastic, but not too loose where it will wobble/vibrate. If this changes when I finally go driving I will update.
