I make iced tea by filling it with tap water and putting a quart iced tea bag in it before bed. I then leave it on the counter or in the fridge and add ice the next morning. I first started doing this on a trip. I wanted to use it for a sun tea but the accommodation we stayed in didn't have a sunny side of the building. I've found that leaving it in the kitchen overnight works well too. However, I'm not good at drinking from these wide-mouth bottles, so I added one of REI's silicone inserts, which helps a lot.
