I always buy Anker products for all my iPhone needs. I usually had a lot of experience with their products. When my iPhone charging cable that I received when I bought my new iPhone XS was already claiming degraded condition, I bought these cables. Right out of the box I can say they are well made and of good quality. Unfortunately one of the cables got a black death tip after 3 months; maybe some moisture got in. In any case, my phone no longer recognized the charger. I went to the anchor website and requested a replacement. I was emailed immediately (within 2 days) by a friendly Anker staff member and they happily sent me another telegram. I received the cable in a few days. The new cable I received works great. Anker always stands by their products, so I will always be their customer.
