Intouch has given us the ability to collect customer information from multiple channels and get that data into Salesforce. They have been able to solve our data integration issues and have allowed us to have a single place to keep track of all of our customer information. I have not seen anything in particular that I dislike. The system is fairly intuitive to use and the sales team is able to use the system without any training. We have been able to have a single place to store customer information and use it to help with lead scoring and marketing. We are able to pull information from multiple sources and keep track of it in one place.
