I have an 11 month old golden retriever that weighs about 70 pounds now. Before getting this bowl, I was definitely keeping the paper towel manufacturers in business cleaning up all the slobber off my floor. It was a real pain as that dog drinks a ton of water. Since getting this bowl, I'll have to clean a very small amount of slobber off the floor once in a blue moon, at least compared to the 5 or so times a day I was before. For reference, my about 10 pound jack russell also uses this bowl. It took my dogs a day or so to figure out how to use this thing; I tried showing them a couple of times before they fully got it. 5 stars all the way!
