The best thing about this software is that it can be used by anybody regardless of their experience level with computers or programs, It's also easy enough to use without any training or assistance from anyone else. There are certain things I dislike but those have little impact on my overall opinion of this program, however, there could very well be improvements if they were made. This is definitely worth trying out as long as all expectations are met! Automation has become an ongoing part of our daily routine at work now because we're able to run so many processes much faster than when doing them manually. I like that it's easy to use, has many different tools available, is very customizable and allows me to create multiple profiles of users so they can be assigned certain jobs. It requires a lot of time to learn how everything works, but once you get used to using it, things are pretty straight forward. We have been able to streamline our workflow by having automated workflows set up for several departments within our organization.
