Doesn't appear to be exactly the same as the shim I removed (transmission has never been serviced before me). The inner diameter was the same but the outer diameter was not (slightly smaller). It could be a change from Honda, or the original could have been widened when tightened. But still it looked a little different. However, the washer seems to be holding up great and I haven't noticed a leak yet (a few thousand miles since draining/refilling). It also does not come in the original Honda packaging, but can be repackaged from a larger pack. I award 3 stars (everything ok). For the reason mentioned above. I would recommend them to anyone as they seem to be working well, I'll update if there's a leak. 5 of these should last you the life of your transmission if you follow the recommended service intervals for regular use (at 100,000 and then every 50,000 for my car). I have attached photos of the packaging and also a picture of the packaging. My oil drain discs are in the original Honda bag so you can see the difference. The transmission wash bag also contained the salesman's business card, which I missed. I used it on a 2006 Saturn Vue with a Honda 3.5 V6 and automatic transmission.
