Review on πŸ•’ Lavigo Kitchen Timer: Quiet Countdown Visual Analog Timer for Teachers, Kids, and Adults - Ideal for Classroom, Homework, Cooking, Office, and Gym (Green) by April Taylor

Revainrating 5 out of 5

To stop ringing by turning down the volume

It was a turning point when my little one started doing things. Before telling him he has 5 minutes would mean fighting us asking for more time or otherwise annoying, the day after he received this he knew that once the timer was up he would complete any task had to, which we asked him. And without much fuss! (Mostly he's still 3 years old.) The colorful cutouts help him know how much time is left, which is less helpful than I thought it would be tbh. We just don't pay much attention to the last 3-5 minutes I guess. This has an unexpected side effect as it builds a bridge to teach him how to read analog clocks and learn! I also started using it to do tasks I don't want to do. I set it to 15 minutes and do as much as I can, which usually gets me closer to completion anyway. I recommend this to all my parent friends.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • There are nuances
