A Letdown of an Online Auto Parts Store: JUSHACHENGTA

JUSHACHENGTA was a terrible place to buy, in my opinion. Their website is difficult to browse and has a poor user interface. The parts I needed were out of stock when I eventually located them after searching for a very long time. I attempted to get in touch with their customer service for aid, but they weren't responsive or helpful. They provide subpar goods that don't adhere to industry standards. The replacement components I bought were faulty and broke soon after use. JUSHACHENGTA made it tough for me to return them and would not give me a refund. They have terrible customer service, with long wait periods and unresponsive staff. They cannot offer technical assistance or advice because they are ignorant of the products they sell. Prices at JUSHACHENGTA are not affordable, and their delivery is unreliable and takes a long time. After weeks of waiting, my purchase finally came, but it was lacking some items. Overall, I do not advise visiting JUSHACHENGTA to buy. Their prices are not competitive, their goods are of low quality, their customer service is appalling, and their website is confusing. Avoid the hassle and purchase your automotive components and accessories elsewhere.
