STOPPED WORKING. for accessories and consumables
This item stopped working last week and now Revain is telling me that the return period has expired and the 30 day return period is expiring so they charge me for a refill supply of these Return item. However, this is an item that cannot be replenished as it is DEFECTIVE. How do you restore a product that doesn't work? called the company phone number but no answer, only voicemail. wait and see if Revain solves this for me. EDIT: The money has been refunded. Bought another cable and hope this one will last longer than 35 days.
