This is perfect, I work from home and my company wanted to switch from phone to VOIP. I can use the same phone headset without having to switch to a USB headset. This quick disconnect turned my phone headset into a USB.

I have been using Plantronics headsets since the 70's, they are incredibly comfortable and have excellent speech and sound reproduction. This particular headset had a fast connection for call center use. When we had to have all our meetings online, I remembered my old headset and needed a USB quick connect adapter so I could connect to my meeting computers. It really was heaven sent during Covid.

This item stopped working last week and now Revain is telling me that the return period has expired and the 30 day return period is expiring so they charge me for a refill supply of these Return item. However, this is an item that cannot be replenished as it is DEFECTIVE. I hooked this up to my computer and after a few minutes of auto loading the driver it worked great with my plantronic headset. It is very easy to switch headset between computer and office phone. The only problem is that the mute and volume buttons don't work. This can only be related to my computer (Windows 7). I can mute and adjust the volume with my meeting software and my computer, so it doesn't matter. However, I highly recommend testing it before relying on it for a live call. Otherwise…
