Works great except for the volume and mute controls

I hooked this up to my computer and after a few minutes of auto loading the driver it worked great with my plantronic headset. It is very easy to switch headset between computer and office phone. The only problem is that the mute and volume buttons don't work. This can only be related to my computer (Windows 7). I can mute and adjust the volume with my meeting software and my computer, so it doesn't matter. However, I highly recommend testing it before relying on it for a live call. Otherwise great product!
