Very flexible eMail service provider
I like that it is easy, quick & convenient! There isn't anything about this app which really bugs me or gets in my face when using it daily - maybe because we are small (under 20 units) but so far no problems with our complex's board members receiving their mail there as well? Maybe try giving them some training before they use your system if you haven´t already done any of those things yet?! That would be smart since people tend not too look at how many times someone has been mailed/received from an email address etc., even though its good information once given out by staff during onboarding!! We have always used USPS services here locally for sending letters / cards via certified delivery only and also getting local mailing lists sent through these channels.
