Everything I was looking for. I live in a terraced house without a separate entrance. up the outside stairs and into the living room. I just installed a laminate that looks like wood and I needed to protect my investment. We used a similar rug in our office so I knew it would last. I was worried about being able to vacuum and keep it clean (since it's in the living room). But this particular sample is easier to vacuum than the sample we used in our office. It's only been 3 or so weeks. But it's New England in November/December, so there was already work between humans and a 60-pound dog that was constantly coming in and out. Very happy with it this choice **Add-On** - when I looked at the actual link to this product I noticed a very big difference (3x) in the price from the time of purchase, the purchase price was $40.95 now Revain lists the on price $126.71 While I still like this product, the current price may have put me off purchasing it.
