I run over 30 miles a week and this running belt was a great replacement for an old model from another brand that just didn't fit. It has a handy zipped pocket big enough to hold a few gels/blocks or nutrients that you use up during the run, as well as keys and other small items. My phone fits perfectly in the transparent case, touch-friendly and comfortable. The bottle stays securely in the pocket and the easily adjustable waistband that then snaps securely into place is great - doesn't shift or shift as you run which has been an issue with other brands.
