Review on Chicago Pneumatic CP7200S Random Orbital: πŸ”§ Unmatched Power and Precision for Professional Results by Roger King

3 " Random Orbital Sander

I used the same tool at the body shop where I work. It's very handy for mixing paint in hard to reach places like door jambs etc. The variable speed adjuster makes it a good tool too for the 3M headlight polish kits available at most auto parts stores as they require a lower speed one I received is painted red and not the brushed metal version shown in the ad its no big deal just overtime , I suspect the red finish will have issues compared to the brushed metal shown in the advert It also doesn't come with the harder grit sandpaper but you can get it from my local body shop, at a price of course :) A great tool if used for its intended purpose, not a work tool designed to remove material quickly, it's a random orbit sander after all. Chicago Pneumatic sells an identical twin for this. I'm not a big fan of the tools that come with it. Most of the time, the tools end up in my tool box and the case on the shelf. I would prefer that they save their time and effort, drop the case and pass the money saved on to me. In my situation and in the body shop where I work, the sandpaper wears out and since it comes in boxes about 3 inches in size, it stays there and there isn't enough room in the box to put one accommodate a full box. If I could find a bare tool with 2" and 3" pads, as well as a pad removal tool, I would go down this route for less. would give 5 stars.
