INTRODUCTION DESCRIPTION - NO bag ties and bag smaller than advertised
Thickness seems correct but description is misleading as it says 'bag ties included'. That's why I stow these bags. After opening and inspecting the box, there are NO ties. Contacted their customer service through Revain and the seller replied that they would look into it and get back to me. They never contacted me and never sent ties for the bags. Even after two polite requests. The size of the bag also differs from the description. By my measurement: The bag is 53 inches tall (vs. 56), 36 inches wide at the top (vs. 37) and just 22 inches at the bottom with a slight bulge on each side. As such, they are not rectangular and have a narrow bottom, which limits storage space. None of this was mentioned in the description. CONCLUSION: NO LINKS, dimensions not accurate. DESERVES *ONE* star.
