The best part about this system was how easy it made our daily tasks! It has helped with billing/invoices, appointments, patient scheduling, client communication, etc. I dislike having to go back in forth between different systems for certain things. For example, if you want to send out reminders via email or text message, they are not linked together so you have to do one at a time which can get confusing. Also, sometimes there would be multiple emails sent from the same account but only 1 actually gets delivered because some people don't check their spam folder. This helps us keep track of everything we need to do throughout each day as well as communicate with clients.
