Great software that makes work easier

The best part about this system was how easy it made our daily tasks! It has helped with billing/invoices, appointments, patient scheduling, client communication, etc. I dislike having to go back in forth between different systems for certain things. For example, if you want to send out reminders via email or text message, they are not linked together so you have to do one at a time which can get confusing. Also, sometimes there would be multiple emails sent from the same account but only 1…

Great software, just takes some getting used too

The best thing about this system for me personally as client manager was being able to do billing automatically without having all those reports sent out via email after each appointment. I don't like how it's set up so if you're not familiar with computers this can get confusing when trying to navigate things in certain ways or understand what they mean sometimes. It took quite awhile before we could actually use most features effectively but once it became usable there were very few issues…

Pros
  • This is easy to use software that works well, has great customer support staff who are helpful whenever needed (even outside normal business hours), allows clients convenient online scheduling options while also keeping their personal information confidential by using an alias instead of real names etc., sends automatic reminders through text messages prior to scheduled visits

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Easy, intuitive and powerful tool that gets your office environment off paper fast

I like how easy it was for me (a new vet) to get up-to speed with all features available in this program! It's not perfect but does what you need without any issues at least so far using version 2.0 as of now!! Very friendly customer service department too which helped us solve problems when we came across them during implementation phase - they were very helpful even after our contract ended because there are no hard feelings or anything from their end. This product can't do everything out…

  • Lots more functions that make sense instead being redundant/outdated versions similar functionality already built into Microsoft Word & Excel software applications used today by millions worldwide everyday around world..etc.: )
Cons
  • Somewhat outdated technology behind many aspects still yet much work needed overall
  • Not great quality documentation provided online either
  • Limited support offered via email / phone
  • Less intuitive design
