Great software, just takes some getting used too

The best thing about this system for me personally as client manager was being able to do billing automatically without having all those reports sent out via email after each appointment. I don't like how it's set up so if you're not familiar with computers this can get confusing when trying to navigate things in certain ways or understand what they mean sometimes. It took quite awhile before we could actually use most features effectively but once it became usable there were very few issues. Being able to send emails from within the app made our life easier and allowed us to have access 24/7 which helped tremendously during emergencies at night time appointments where someone would call into work.

Pros
  • This is easy to use software that works well, has great customer support staff who are helpful whenever needed (even outside normal business hours), allows clients convenient online scheduling options while also keeping their personal information confidential by using an alias instead of real names etc., sends automatic reminders through text messages prior to scheduled visits
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
