The best thing about this system for me personally as client manager was being able to do billing automatically without having all those reports sent out via email after each appointment. I don't like how it's set up so if you're not familiar with computers this can get confusing when trying to navigate things in certain ways or understand what they mean sometimes. It took quite awhile before we could actually use most features effectively but once it became usable there were very few issues. Being able to send emails from within the app made our life easier and allowed us to have access 24/7 which helped tremendously during emergencies at night time appointments where someone would call into work.
